As the operator of this website, Wothouq e.V. takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
All in all, we thus fulfill the duty to inform according to Art. 13 of the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO).
1.b. Reference to the responsible office
The responsible body for data processing within the meaning of Art. 13 I lit. a DSGVO is:

Responsible body is the legal entity whose members together with others decide on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).
1.c. SSL encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
2. Data Collection on our Website
Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser.

- ATTR_MAXSESSIONTIMEOUT. Maximum time a session can be active.
- ATTR_STARTSESSIONTIME. The time the session started after a successful login.
- ATTR_LASTSESSIONTIME. The time that the Policy Sever was last accessed within the session.
- A generic technical cookie used for storing user session identifier in web applications. This cookie is used to recognize users. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of his services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyse your surfing behaviour) are stored, these are dealt with separately in this data protection declaration.
2.b. Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

This data will not be merged with other data sources.

2.c. Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data relating to the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to make use of the service or to bill the user. The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
2.d. Data transmission at contract conclusion for donation agreement
We transmit personal data to third parties only if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, such as donations to the bank responsible for payment processing. A further transmission of the data will not take place or only if you have expressly agreed to the transmission. 2.e. Communication via the Internet (e-mail)
All data voluntarily submitted to us such as surname, first name, e-mail address and any other specified personal data or special categories of personal data. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO. Wothouq shall delete the data 24 months after termination of the [WU4] respective form of communication or, if the data is part of ongoing proceedings, 24 months after termination of the proceedings.
3. Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you may request information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right of rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data, unless it has been collected from us, as well as the existence of an automated decision making process including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details;
in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;
to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims; to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO if the correctness of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse its deletion and we no longer need the data but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection against the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO; in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data which you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another responsible person;
in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO, to revoke your consent once given to us at any time. The consequence of this is that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future, and to complain to a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace or at our association's headquarters.
